Privacy Notice

This website is operated by Terra Digital Ventures Co., Ltd, a company registered in Bangkok, Thailand ("Terra", "we", "us"). For the purposes of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"), Terra is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

This site does not require you to create an account. We handle personal data in the following limited ways:

• Information you choose to send us. Submitting the contact form sends your message directly to our team by email. We receive the name, email address, company (if given), topic, and message content you include — nothing more, and nothing until you press send. We do not store form submissions in a database.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may retain technical logs such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, as part of operating and securing the infrastructure.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate between them. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect this information; see our Cookie Notice for details. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not combine it with the information you send us directly.

We use the information you send us solely to read and respond to your enquiry — on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and your consent in choosing to write to us.

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available, secure and functioning correctly.

Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site is used.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate this site — for example, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google LLC, which processes website analytics data on our behalf as described in our Cookie Notice — and only to the extent required for those services.

We may disclose personal data where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its own operational and security schedule. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ own retention settings; see our Cookie Notice for details.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it
• Request that your data be transferred to you or another controller, where applicable
• Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights have been infringed

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this notice as the site evolves or as required by law. The "Updated" date above reflects the current version.

This notice, and the site it covers, is governed by the laws of Thailand.
